As DPW's new CEO, Herman aims to lead in procurement and supply chain tech, fostering impactful connections. With 20+ years in strategy and innovation advisory, he excels in making innovation impacts tangible, aligning strategy, identifying needs, and executing at scale. He advocates for ambidextrous organizations, managing existing operations while exploring new opportunities.

In 2018, frustrated by the lack of affordable options for procurement conferences, Matthias took a leap of faith. Leaving his job in New York, he moved to Germany, invested his savings, and launched DPW. The result? A groundbreaking event in September 2019, attracting 400+ industry leaders from 33 countries. Prior to DPW, he spearheaded Procurement Leaders' entry into North America.

Kelly is DPW's CFO, she brings over 20 years of experience in finance and corporate development, with a background that spans some of the world’s most respected companies, including Irdeto, W. P. Carey, Rabobank, and Marsh McLennan. She combines big-company know-how with a love for fast-paced, innovative environments—making her a great match for where we’re headed at DPW.

With 10+ years of people-leadership experience in fast-moving scale-ups, Amber is on a mission to make DPW the best place to grow and thrive. She’s passionate about building high-performing, people -first teams and creating simple, transparent ways of working. Amber believes that when people thrive, impact follows — and she’s helping bring that vision to life at DPW.  

Simone, our creative Head of Production loves to be surrounded by motivated people that have an urge to create beautiful things. She is focused on details, communication, design, and has extensive technical knowledge. She has experience managing large scale events such as TNW, Hashicorp, and Barry Callebaut. Besides producing events she also works as a show director.

Junior is experienced in Marketing, Sales, and Operations with 12+ years in consumer goods. He has previously led global strategic growth and innovation plans for Unilever, boosting sales and resource planning. With proven success in leading business units and projects, driving significant growth across the world, Junior is a valuable asset for DPW's strategic objectives.

Karim does everything creative at DPW, drawing from rich collaborations with the UN, Expedia, INDG, Nestle, and Philip Morris. His passion for brand strategy ensures compelling narratives resonate deeply. With a background steeped in innovation, Karim crafts immersive digital experiences that captivate audiences worldwide, fostering meaningful connections and driving brand success.

Suzi has several years of experience in the events industry, where she has supported teams, managed projects, and ensured the delivery of successful events. She is dedicated to operational excellence and thrives in collaborative environments, working to optimize processes and maintain high standards. Suzi is passionate about fostering a positive team culture and contributing to innovative, dynamic workplaces.

Ludovico is an experienced sales professional specializing in sponsorship sales and account management, driving growth through a consultative approach. With a proven track record of working with global corporates and fostering connections in the startup ecosystem, he excels at building strategic partnerships that deliver value. Nico is a sales professional specialising in business development, sponsorships and events. Responsible for delegate sales at DPW, he leverages communication skills and a strategic mindset to drive revenue and build client relationships. With a global mindset and experience managing large corporate accounts, he thrives in fostering meaningful partnerships.

Kinga has a background in business development, market research, and stakeholder engagement across tech and innovation. At DPW, she’s responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and bringing in the people who matter most to our events and content.

Alice is a Corporate Sales Executive at DPW, combining her sales, marketing, and client-relations expertise to guide companies and professionals into the DPW Conference. She builds meaningful relationships that enhance each attendee’s experience and amplify the impact of the DPW community.

Corey is the Lead for Data & AI at DPW, where he drives the design and integration of data systems to ensure smooth information flow across platforms. He focuses on enhancing CRM systems, linking go-to-market technologies, and providing actionable insights through data, all while supporting DPW’s goal to transform procurement with cutting-edge data solutions and AI.

Sara is the Data Support Specialist at DPW, combining her data science expertise with a passion for innovation in procurement. As a master's student in Data Science for Decision Making, Sara identifies and evaluates emerging startups, applying machine learning and data analysis techniques to enhance DPW’s startup ecosystem. Her work supports strategic outreach, categorization, and process optimization, driving valuable connections between startups, corporations, and investors.

With a background in international relations and political economy, Victor brings a rich understanding of diverse industries to his role as Content & Speaker Manager at DPW. Previously at TNW, he managed hundreds of speakers across various large-scale conference programs, honing his expertise in curating impactful content and facilitating meaningful connections with industry leaders. Victor’s work reflects his belief in the transformative power of global perspectives and shared knowledge.

Martijn is our Senior Events Manager at DPW. He has extensive tech conference experience from his role at TNW, where he managed their events for close to seven years. His love for events already started during his studies where he co-founded an events and concepting company that placed activations at festivals on a weekly basis. His six-month intermezzo at Walt Disney in Orlando did add to his contagious enthusiasm.

Ishaan manages all things Digital Marketing at DPW. He aims to create a well oiled digital marketing machine at DPW that is creative, while still being efficient and data driven. With prior experience at incumbents like L'Oreal and Philips as well as fast growing tech startups, Ishaan has a broad range of experience in a variety of marketing domains.

Matthew is a Social Media Intern at DPW, where he manages content creation for the company’s digital channels, including YouTube and LinkedIn. In this role, he is responsible for producing innovative, high-quality content that stands out in the rapidly evolving tech landscape, ensuring DPW’s content remains competitive and engaging. With a background that includes hands-on experience as an early content creator on TikTok, Matthew has a deep understanding of social media dynamics and trends. His studies at NHL Stenden University in Leeuwarden have further refined his production skills and broadened his knowledge of digital marketing and content strategy.

Liz is a social media marketing intern currently obtaining her Media and Information Bachelor’s degree at the University of Amsterdam while running her own online fashion blog. With this personal experience in growing social media pages and a theoretical understanding of algorithms, Liz brings an innovative and detail-oriented perspective to the DPW team. In her role, she focuses on creating and posting original content across platforms, maintaining a strong link to DPW’s brand identity while fostering a sense of community in the ever-changing digital procurement space.

Julia supports DPW with her expertise in graphic design, contributing to branding, web projects, and compelling visuals. She works to align all designs with DPW’s identity, transforming complex concepts in procurement and innovation into engaging visuals. As a media designer and animator, Julia makes emerging technologies accessible through impactful experiences that resonate with DPW’s diverse audiences.

Palak Soni is an event assistant at DPW, specializing in managing attendee registrations and CRM systems. She plays a key role in ensuring seamless communication, organization, and client relationships throughout the event planning process. Palak’s attention to detail and positive attitude make her a valued contributor to the success of DPW’s events.

Catharina is an Events Intern at DPW, bringing her passion for event planning and creating meaningful experiences. With a background in communication and marketing, she has worked with social media, brand storytelling, and in-store activations, focusing on connecting people through impactful moments. At DPW, she supports the event team in planning and executing seamless events that drive meaningful conversations and shape the future of procurement through innovation. Catharina thrives in dynamic environments that foster collaboration and new ideas.

Darja is a Social Media Marketing intern currently finishing her Creative Business degree at Inholland University of Applied Sciences. With a background in digital marketing and community building, she brings a fresh, curious, and strategic perspective to the DPW team. Alongside crafting engaging social media content that reflects DPW’s voice, she also supports website SEO efforts and contributes to the development of the Next Gen program, bridging innovative ideas with digital storytelling to amplify DPW’s impact in the procurement space.

Yassin is a Social Media Video Intern, creating and editing content for YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn. With a passion for storytelling and strong visual skills, he brings DPW’s voice to life through both short- and long-form video. Alongside managing social channels, he helps develop creative ideas and formats that showcase the energy of the DPW community and strengthen its global presence in procurement.
