Do you offer group discounts?

We offer group booking discounts for corporate practitioners only.
Group discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previously purchased passes.

Group Packages

If you’re part of a group of three or more people attending DPW Amsterdam, you are eligible for a 10–15% group discount. Discounts are based on the most up-to-date ticket pricing.

Group of 3–4: 10% discount
Group of 5 or more: 15% discount

Can I buy passes now and assign attendees later?

You can register for DPW Amsterdam even if you don’t know yet who from your team will be attending.

If you want to secure your tickets before the next price increase, simply complete your purchase without assigning attendees. You can come back and complete the registrations later.

How It Works
When placing your order, complete the order details and purchase the number of tickets you need. You can leave the tickets unassigned after checkout.

Once your order is complete, you’ll receive an email with the subject line “Order Confirmation to DPW Amsterdam 2027” containing your order details.

When you’re ready to register your attendees:

1. Open the Order Confirmation Email you received after purchasing your tickets.
2. Scroll down to the middle of the email and click Manage Registration Details.
3. You’ll see all the tickets included in your order.
4. Click Transfer Ticket for the ticket you want to assign.
5. Enter the attendee’s name and email address, then complete the registration.

Once the registration is complete, the attendee will automatically receive their own registration confirmation email.

Need Help?

If you’d prefer us to assign the tickets for you, simply email hello@dpw.ai with the attendees’ names and email addresses, and our team will update the registrations on your behalf.

Can I transfer my pass to someone else?

If you or someone you purchased a pass for can no longer attend DPW Amsterdam, you can easily transfer the registration. Simply email us at hello@dpw.ai with the following details:

1. Ticket number
2. Your email address
3. Name, email address, and other relevant details of the person you want to transfer the pass to
Please include “Transfer Pass – DPW Amsterdam” in the subject line of your email. Our team will process your request and confirm the transfer shortly.

Please note: Tickets can be transferred up to 24 hours before the event.

What happens if I need to cancel?

You may cancel your ticket purchase within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. After this period, tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded, but you still have the option to transfer your pass to another person.
Tickets purchased within fourteen (14) days of the event are non-refundable.

How to Cancel

If you need to cancel your pass, please contact us at hello@dpw.ai with “Cancel Ticket” in the subject line.

Can I buy a one-day pass?

Single-day tickets are not available. All passes are valid for the full duration of the event and cannot be split between attendees.

However, passes can be transferred to another attendee up to 24 hours before the event.
