Since 2022, Valentina is the CPO at Allianz, one of the world's leading insurers. Prior to this, she held various positions at UniCredit, ultimately being appointed as CPO in 2017. Before her tenure at UniCredit, Valentina was a manager in the European Corporate Finance Practice at McKinsey until 2009.
