What is DPW Amsterdam?
DPW Amsterdam is an annual hybrid technology event held in Amsterdam, Netherlands, and considered the world’s largest and most influential tech event of the procurement industry. Now in its third year, DPW Amsterdam has grown to 5,000 attendees and become a crossroads for the world’s largest buyers and sellers of procurement technology, alongside many of the world’s most disruptive emerging technology companies.
Spend Matters has said we are “the techiest and best new procurement conference in years”. The Next Web has said DPW Conference is “the future of procurement”. Vodafone CPO Ninian Wilson has called us “a laboratory for new ideas.”

Where does the conference take place, and how do I get there?
The in-person part of DPW Amsterdam will take place at the Beurs van Berlage, located at Damrak 243, 1012 ZJ Amsterdam, Netherlands. The virtual live stream can be accessed here.
Getting there & transportation
Public transportation
From Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, you can reach Amsterdam Conference Centre Beurs van Berlage by train or taxi. If you are travelling by train, you can buy a ticket to Amsterdam Centraal Station in the Arrivals Hall of Schiphol. The trains leave four times every hour and the journey takes about fifteen minutes. If you take a taxi, you can state “Beurs van Berlage” as your destination. The address is: Damrak 243. The drive takes about twenty-five minutes. When you arrive at Amsterdam Centraal Station by train or by tram, Beurs van Berlage is 300 metres away, about a five minute walk. You can see Beurs van Berlage on the Damrak in front of you when you leave the Central Station along the Stationsplein (Station square) and head out towards the Dam from there.
Arriving by car
Private transportation In the immediate surroundings of Beurs van Berlage, there are a large number of carparks. In the event of a conference or event, it is possible to order various types of exit tickets for your guests, in the Q-park carpark of the Bijenkorf and the Oosterdok car park.

What can I expect from the in-person experience?
DPW Amsterdam is known for its pioneering spirit. The conference features two days full of stage programs in addition to several side events, roundtable discussions, and facilitated workshops. Our speaker line-up includes successful founders and business leaders, top-notch investors, and other tech influencers.

What is the dress code for DPW Amsterdam 2022?
Startup casual: a new dress code for a new generation! Smart casual is a bit less dressy than traditional business casual and a bit more comfortable and practical. It should reflect the office vibe, which is generally youthful and energetic, yet practical.

What type of tickets are available for DPW Amsterdam 2022?
You can attend virtually or in-person. Here are the two ticket types.
Can I cancel my pass for DPW Amsterdam 2022?
Things happen, we understand. Our cancellation policy gives you the flexibility to do what you have to do whether you’re attending digitally, or in-person.
You are allowed to cancel the purchase of a pass within fourteen (14) days after purchase. Passes purchased within a fourteen (14) days range from the Event are non-refundable. See our Registration Terms and Conditions for more information.
You also have the option of transferring your pass, which you can do yourself for free at any point until twenty-four hours prior to the event.

Brella Networking
How do I enter the Brella platform?
You will receive Join code, which you have to enter after registering on Brella or logging in with an existing account.
Can I edit my own information?
Yes. To edit your profile make sure you are on the ‘Home Page’, and then click the button labelled ‘Edit your profile‘. Also, you can do it from the ‘People’ tab, click the button labelled ‘You’ then click ‘Edit Profile’.
What are “Interests” for?
“Interests” help you match and meet with other relevant attendees. Brella’s AI based algorithm will suggest the most relevant connections based on your interests.
Can I filter by certain categories I am interested in?
Yes. Go to the People’s tab, below the search field you will see a tab labelled Filter where you can filter by interests and goals.
Can I add/remove “Interests” after the sign-up page?
Yes. Go on the ‘Home Page’, click on ‘Edit Profile’ and then ‘Edit Interests’.
When do attendees get access to Brella?
Brella launches three weeks prior to the conferemce, on August 31. That’s when all attendees can start scheduling meetings with fellow attendees. The pre-scheduled meetings will take place at the conference during networking breaks at our dedicated networking zone.
When can I start scheduling meetings?
Meetings can be created before, during and after the event. In theory, you can start scheduling meeting once your profile has been set-up. Most meetings will be scheduled between August 31 (when Brella launches) and right before the conference starts, September 21.
When are meetings taking place?
We have created pre-determined meeting slots in the Schedule tagged as “Networking”. During these times, you will have 1:1 meetings with your fellow attendees at our dedicated networking zone.
How do I schedule meetings?
Go to the Attendees’s tab and click on the person tab you would like to suggest a meeting with. Then, click on the ‘Suggest Meeting’ and you can choose a time slot. When you select a time, you’ll be shown a text box before sending out the request. Where you can introduce yourself and the reasons why you want to meet this person.
Where can I see my meetings?
You can find your personal chat and Brella’s meeting room on the upper side of Brella (message icon).
Will I receive notifications when my meeting will be? Will there be a link to redirect me?
Yes, you will receive a notification 5 mins before the meeting. Make sure push notifications are enabled on Brella!
How can I attend my meetings?
All meetings will take place during the conference days and networking breaks at our dedicated networking zone at the conference venue. You will receive a notification 5 mins before the meeting.
How can I find my team members?
Go to the People’s tab and use the search field to search by company name.
