What is DPW Conference?

DPW Conference is an annual technology event held in Amsterdam, Netherlands, and considered the world’s largest and most influential tech event of the procurement industry. Now in its second year, DPW Conference has grown to over 3,000 attendees and become a crossroads for the world’s largest buyers and sellers of procurement technology, alongside many of the world’s most disruptive emerging technology companies.

The 2022 edition of DPW Conference will be the first hybrid edition, meaning it will take place in-person at the stunning Beurs van Berlage in Amsterdam, as well as digitally online.

What are the dates for DPW Conference 2022?

DPW2021 takes place on 15 & 16 September, 2021 and will be accessible to anyone with an official DPW ticket. Our virtual platform will open up to attendees one day prior to the event and our official programming will run from 11:00 am – 3:00 pm CEST each day.

DPW Conference will be on Wednesday, September 21, and Thursday, September 22, 2022.

What time does DPW Conference 2022 start and finish?

The start and finish times on each of our stages will vary, but you can plan to be onsite at DPW Conference from 9 am to 6 pm each event day, 21-22 September, 2022.

Where will the conference take place, and how do I get there?

What can I expect from the online experience?

We pride ourselves on our vast experience in organizing events, both in-person and online-only. By combining the two, we have created a truly hybrid event that will provide the best experience, regardless whether you are joining us in Amsterdam or online.

What you can expect from the online event is the same as you can expect from the in-person format: valuable keynote content, interactive sessions with audience engagement, and plenty of opportunities to connect and do business with people attending in-person and online.

What can I expect from the in-person experience?

DPW Conference is known for its pioneering spirit. We’re blazing forward – with the highest health and safety measures in place – by returning to meeting in-person at the stunning Beurs van Berlage in Amsterdam. It’s the same level of content and networking that you’ve come to expect from the previous in-person DPW conference.

What is the dress code for DPW Conference?

DPW Conference is a business event. That said, you don’t have to worry too much about your outfit: most attendees opt for a business casual look with simple pants/jeans or a skirt, a (corporate) t-shirt, and a blazer. If you’re participating in a pitch competition, a white shirt with rolled-up sleeves will do just fine. We’d recommend dressing smart-casual – you can’t go wrong.

Is there a charge for registering for DPW2021?

Yes, there is a fee for attending DPW2021. Running a state-of-the-art virtual conference with superior content comes with high costs on our end. That said, admission charge is significantly lower than our in-person event.

When will I be able to register?

Registration to DPW2021 will open on 10th March.

Can I cancel my pass for 2021?

Things happen, we understand. Our cancellation policy gives you the flexibility to do what you have to do whether you’re attending digitally, or in-person.

You can get a full refund on your pass through 30 April, 2021. If you cancel from 1 May, 2021 through July 14 2021, you’ll get a 50% refund if you cancel more than 24 hours after purchase. After 14 July, 2021, we will not provide a refund (regardless of whether or not you attend DPW2021) if you cancel more than 24 hours after purchase. After 25 August, 2021 we will not provide any refunds.

How can I cancel a pass?

Where can I find the invoice for my ticket?

Your invoice is in your ticket confirmation email, which you will receive after you purchase your ticket.

Do you offer a student discount?

Do you have free or discounted tickets for members of groups not well-represented within the procurement community?

Yes. DPW aims to be the most inclusive and representative event in procurement. Who can apply for a startup pass?

We accept applications from startups whose technologies contribute to the digital procurement ecosystem. Core digital procurement companies as well as startups rolling up the space from other angles are welcome.

Verified startups that meet these criteria can apply for the startup program.

  • Your company’s product must have launched no earlier than 2015
  • You have to have an existing product or an MVP

Who is eligible for DEMO?

DEMO is open to all startups exhibiting at DPW2020. Of the 40 startups attending DPW2020, the top 10 startups will be selected to battle it out and be crowned the winner of DEMO at DPW2020. Startups present in front of investors, media, sponsors, and procurement professionals.

If selected, is there a cost to attend DPW2021?

Yes. Organising a virtual event of this quality and magnitude is expensive. Thus, we ask that the attending startups share some of the cost with us. The price for attending startups is low and only €599 + VAT

How does my company apply to attend DPW2021?

How can I find investors?
