She has five times been named one of the 50 most influential living management thinkers in the world by Thinkers50, the respected ranking of global business thinkers.

Lucy Cooper
Head of Innovation – Europe

Lucy is head of innovation for Europe at Accenture. She supports all client innovation services teams around Europe, oversees their 100+ Hubs and Centers and engages with clients in finding value in their business using new ways of working, counter-cultural leadership practices, scaled experimentation, product and service build and innovation-led consulting. Lucy is also ex-YC and in-house VC, part of management today’s 35 under 35, a WEF Global Shaper, a TedX speaker and a moderator for Cannes Lion.

Detlef Schultz
Chairman of the Board VPC

Detlef Schultz joined Vodafone in March 2003 to lead the Global Supply Chain team. He stepped down from his role as CEO of the Vodafone Procurement Company beginning of 2016 after 13 years of service. He retained his position as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Vodafone Procurement Company. Detlef holds several Board Seats for Vodafone and works as Senior Advisor.

Michael Wade
Professor of Innovation & Strategy. Cisco Chair in Digital Business Transformation

Michael Wade’s areas of expertise relate to strategy, innovation, and digital transformation. He directs IMD’s Leading Digital Business Transformation, Digital Execution, Digital Transformation for Boards, and Digital Disruption programs, and provides consulting services to several organizations on strategy and digital transformation. Michael has published nine books, was nominated for several teaching awards, and appears frequently in the mainstream media.

Geraint John
VP Supply Chain Research & Advisory

Geraint John specializes in sourcing and procurement, supplier management, supply chain risk and globalization at Gartner. He provides insights and advisory support to leading global companies through research reports, inquiry calls, interactive workshops, conferences, and community-contributed case studies. Previously, John spent 10 years as the editor of CPO Agenda and Supply Management magazines.

Gary Nuttall
Blockchain Luminary

Gary Nuttall has 30 years of experience in emerging technology adoption in industries such as retail, pharmaceuticals, distribution, commodities trading, and insurance. His expertise is in Business Intelligence / Data Analytics. As a niche consultant providing education and advisory services in blockchain, Nuttall describes his role as a “Blockchain Luminary” – shining a bright light on the dark recesses of technology often obscured by overly technical jargon.

Keith Hausmann
Chief Revenue Officer

Keith Hausmann is a well-known leader in the Sourcing & Procurement domain, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining Globality, he was Accenture’s Global Head of Procurement & Supply Chain Operations where his team of 15K+ people managed over $300 billion in spend. Hausmann was also a co-founder of Procurian.
