A new global experience for procurement

DPW today announced DPW2021 – it’s annual flagship conference – will be an all-digital experience connecting technology companies, buyers, thought leaders and media from around the world.

The new format will be an immersive and highly personalized 5-part experience uniting professionals across the globe with our trademark inspirational content, procurement’s best technologies, and highly engaging networking opportunities – all available at a click of a button.

“DPW will definitely make its welcome return this September despite the pandemic but, in the prevailing circumstances, we believe it is  impossible to hold the event in the way we are used to,” Matthias Gutzmann, Founder of DPW, said.

DPW’s decision to move to an all-digital format was strengthened by a recent survey of 500 procurement professionals and event experts showing 70% of respondents expect large conferences throughout 2021 socially distanced and with travel restrictions, and 27% fully virtual. Scenario 1 (“Normal” conference”) has been ruled out across the board.

Hosting an average conference with a reduced, regional audience, and stressful networking experiences, is not an option for DPW, whose industry acclaimed conference stands for superior quality, a global audience and a casual and fun environment.
